If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days of placing the order.
Items that need to be made to order will have a longer delivery time.
If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Pagette Jewellery before the order is placed, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.
All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for the delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Pagette Jewellery is not responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. The product must remain unused and all original packaging, price labels etc. to be returned with the product. Please inform Pagette Jewellery of your intention to return goods in writing by email.
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the return goods, using the same method as the original payment within 5 working days.
